Countdown and Progress

I'm Lorraine Nash, an Irish folk artist and songwriter from County Kerry. I’ve been playing music since I was six, drawing influences from Irish trad, folk, country, and Americana. Over the years, I’ve toured in Australia, played the Cambridge Folk Festival, and shared stages with artists like Mary Black and Nick Lowe. This June, I’ll be touring with the HotHouse Flowers and playing the Acoustic Stage at Glastonbury.

Earlier this year I connected with Nashville musician Ron Block (Alison Krauss & Union Station), and we’ve since decided to record an album together. I’m incredibly excited to bring these new songs to life with Ron’s help.

Streaming and the digital landscape of the music industry has made it very hard to sustain a career in music, let alone fund an album. That’s why I’m asking for your support to help pay for the creation of this record. I’d be so grateful if you could contribute or share this with someone who might be in a position to do so.
